Our Step-By-Step Process
So that you could understand our process better, we created a step-by-step process of how we do things at Dima Homes NW.
1. Location
When preparing to build a home, the first thing we look for is a great location. The location is just as important as the home, because everybody wants to live in a safe, friendly, and accepting community.
2. Designing
When we acquire all the required permits, we move onto the designing stage. This is one of the most important stages of development, so we work with the best architects to design the home to be as beautiful and unique as possible.
3. Permits
After purchasing the property that we know would make a great place for a home, we move onto getting the proper permits. We make sure that before we continue to the next stages, we follow all state and local code requirements to be compliant.
4. Preparation
Before we start breaking ground, we make sure to do an inspection of the property, plans, and make sure everything is ready to go. This stage is often times neglected, but it is important to make sure that you won't have any trouble while building!
5. Building
When our preparation stage is complete, we start to build with the highest quality materials. At Dima Homes NW, we make sure that all of the subcontractors we work with are licensed, bonded, insured and highly trusted. We inspect the work to be per plan and up to our quality standards once they are finished.
6. Inspection
Throughout the entire building process, we never take a moment where we'll neglect inspections. It is a very important part of the entire process to make sure construction is compliant and that the customer purchases a quality home. Dmitriy also goes the extra mile by personally inspecting every single job site constantly, making sure that everything is up to our standards.
7. Wrapping Up
When the home is finally getting wrapped up, we do our final inspections to make sure everything is how it is supposed to be. After the final inspections are complete, the homes are staged with furniture that fit our vision of how the home should look.
8. Your Home
Once the home is wrapped up, we open up the doors for potential customers to have a look at. We answer any questions you may have, and make sure that you're completely satisfied with the purchase of your home. All our homes come with a 10-year RWC structural warranty, as well as a 1-year builder's warranty.
