With over 25 years of construction experience, we can guarantee that the home will be up to standard. Dmitriy has built close to 100 homes, and each of them have been built to last generations.

Dima Homes NW builds exclusively in Washington state. Although most of our homes in Seattle, some are built in Ruston, Federal Way, Auburn, Cle Elum, and other nearby cities. You can find all of our sold, live, or upcoming homes by viewing our portfolio in the menu.

What is the plus to choosing a local homebuilder instead of a nationwide homebuilder?

When you choose local homebuilders like Dima Homes NW, you can guarantee that the quality will be much better. When a homebuilder cannot visit their projects anymore, the quality often drops by a significant amount. I want a custom home that is designed by me. Would Dima Homes NW be able to build the home?

Yes, Dima Homes NW specializes in building custom designs but also is willing to work with our customers on any of our presold homes to help them customize the finishing touches to their liking. All of our projects are unique from one another, so even if you decide to purchase one of our designs it will be unique to you.

I found a home from Dima Homes NW that I love, but it's already sold. Is it possible to purchase the plans from this home?

Yes, it is possible to purchase plans from a specific home that you loved. Availability can vary depending on the home and the plan, so make sure to contact us to see what options are available.

What warranty comes with a new custom home?

As of now, we offer 2 different warranties: a 1-year homebuilder warranty and a 10-year structural warranty covered by RWC residential warranty. This ensures that the home buyer has peace of mind in case something goes wrong.

What is the process like for building a custom home?

There are a few main steps for our process at Dima Homes NW. We design the homes, acquire the required permits, and start building when the city gives us the green light. Throughout the whole process, we do many inspections to make sure the homes are up to our quality standard. After passing all the required inspections and finishing the homes, we put them up for sale.

What is the timeline for building a home with Dima Homes NW?

Can I buy a home before it's listed for sale?

Yes, you can purchase/reserve a home before construction is even complete. Purchasing before the home is on market lets you buy a home you love without the fear of somebody else purchasing it before you.

If I buy a home before construction is completed, can I design the interior myself?

Yes, purchasing a home before framing is complete lets you design the interior completely by yourself. If you purchase before framing is finished, you will get to sit down with Dmitriy and discuss the vision that Dmitriy had with the home. If there is something that you want to change from the original plans such as: paint color, countertop design, cabinet style, etc., then you are more than welcome to do that.

What is the process for purchasing a home that isn't listed on the market yet?

The process of purchasing a home that isn't listed on the market yet varies. In general cases, you can contact Dima Homes NW management about the specific property you are interested in to figure out the process for that specific home.

How do I schedule tours for the home I am interested in?

If you are interested in scheduling a tour for a home, we have availability listed for most properties on Redfin, Zillow, or Realtor. Finding the listing for a specific home is as simple as clicking here and checking out the one you love most.

How much does it cost to get a custom design built for you?

The cost for a custom home design to be built varies on the project size and complexity. In general, you should expect to reimburse Dima Homes NW for the cost of materials and labor as well as a builder's fee.

Is the price of the home listed online what I should expect to pay?

In general no, but it will be close to the price of the home listed online. Closing costs are excluded from the price of the listed home, as well as upgrades, premiums, or any other changes that you may want made to the home before making it yours. We will disclose what you are expected to pay for a specific project before any agreements are signed.

How do I know if the price of a home reflects its quality?

Finding a home that is priced fairly for its quality is tough for many homebuyers. The key to finding a home that is up to your quality standards is to look at the homebuilder's process and determine if it fits your standards. At Dima Homes NW, we strive to provide homes of the highest quality.

How does the limited warranty work at Dima Homes NW?

If anything covered by the warranty goes wrong during the period of the warranty, we will come back and make things right quickly. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, so we take it very seriously.

I recently added an addition to my home. Will the warranty cover it?

Only work that is done strictly by Dima Homes NW is covered by the warranty. If any addition gets installed by a different contractor other than us, make sure to contact them for their warranty information.

I want to add an addition to my home. Would Dima Homes NW be able to build it?

Yes, building an addition to your already existing home is never a problem for us. We will add almost any addition, ranging from decks to an ADU.
